How to Start Fundraising

To participate in venue fundraising, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete Booster Participant Contact Form (one per family)

2026-2027 Booster Participation Form

 2. Obtain a Washington State Food Worker Card

 3. Obtain Alcohol Service Certification (MAST + TIPS)

This course provides both your MAST permit and TIPS certification 

 4. Join Required Facebook Groups
All communication is handled through Facebook—please ensure you are a member of the appropriate groups:

• AGB Venue Fundraising 
• Ascend Gymnastics Booster Club (Auburn and Sumner Families only)

 5. Complete the Venue Fundraising Contract (one per person, annually)

 6. Review Venue Fundraising Guidelines

This includes expectations, code of conduct, shift change policies, no-show penalties, and general requirements. 

7. Sign Up for Shifts

Important Notes:

• Shift availability is limited and assigned based on sign-up order. 
• If multiple family members want to work: 
  • One person should sign up for the main event 
  • Additional family members should sign up under “2nd family member/waitlist” 
• We will do our best to place additional workers where space allows.
